You may apply for a Solo Parent ID if you are:
A woman who gave birth due to rape or similar crimes and chooses to raise the child.
A parent left alone to raise the child because of:
An unmarried mother/father who chooses to raise the child.
Any person solely providing parental care and support to a child/children.
